Ingredients to making Potato stew??
1) Potatoes (2 large sizes)
(Note: peel and cut the potato in cubical shape)
2) Onion (1 medium size)
3) Green chili (5 to 6)
4) Ginger (1 inch)
5) Cury leaves (1 spring)
6) Black pepper powder (1 tbsp)
7) Coconut milk (1 cup, first extract only)
8) Coconut oil (2tbsp)
9) Salt

How do you make stew??
                                          Take a pan and heat it in low flame. Add potatoes, green chili, onion, ginger, pepper powder, salt. Mix it well by adding 2 cups of water, then cook it on medium flame until the potatoes soften( do not smash the potatoes). Now add coconut milk and curry leaves to our stew and mix it well. Keep the stew in simmer for a min and turn off the gas.
Add coconut oil to our finished stew.


     Now your delicious stew is ready!
