Snacks are one of the most favourite delicacies you can give to your children

But doing a great but different snacks for your loved ones is challenging. We at CookVegKitchen knows this very well and hence made great but difference snacks that you can try and that is called Momose.
What is Momose??
Momose is a type of streamed food popular in south-eastern countries and the Indian subcontinent.
Why Momose??
Being a streamed food Momose is good for health also made with the richness of vegetables and wholewheat this is probably the healthiest snacks.
Ingredients for Momose!
1) Wheat flour (1cup)
2) Salt
3) Oil
Ingredients for stuffing!
1) Cabbage
2) Carrot
3) Capsicum
4) Potato
5) Onion
Preparation for the dough:
Take a mixing bowl and add wholewheat flour, oil and salt. Add water and make it into a soft dough and keep it aside
Preparation for stuffing!
Grate all the vegetables and add it to our mixing bowl and mix it well, then add salt, pepper powder, and masala powder (optional), mix it well.
Preparation for Momose!
First, take the chapati dough and mold it into a puri shape. Now stuff the mixed vegetable in it and shape it into a Momose. Now stream our Momose in stream cooker for 5 to 10 min in a medium flame and take it out
Now your delicious Momose is ready!
Make it even delicious!
You may spice up the dish by eating with chili sauce (preferable home-made one) and tomato sauce.
