Easy paneer recipe's: Paneer butter masala/Palak paneer

Ingredients:
1) Paneer
2) Onion
3) Tomato
4) Ginger
5) Garlic
6) Green chili
7) Turmeric powder
8) Red chili powder
9) Coriander powder
10) Garam masala powder
11) Curd
12) Coriander leaves
13) Sugar
14) Clove
15) Cinnamon 
16) Bay leaves
17) Jeera


Preparation:
           Take a pan and add butter in it, when the butter starts to melt add clove, cinnamon, bay leaves, and jeera in it, When the Jeera starts to crack and the aroma of spices spread, add finely chopped onions and crushed ginger garlic in it, saute it and close the lid. Meanwhile, grind the tomato into a tomato puree. Now open the lid and add tomato puree and green chili in it. Now add salt and mix it well and close the lid. Open the lid and stir frequently until the onion and tomato are nicely cooked and the melted butter comes into the sides of the lid. Then add all the spice powder except garam masala and mix it well until the raw smell of masala is gone. Add water according to your consistency and allow it to boil. When it starts to boil put the paneer cubes in it and gently saute it. After 2 min adds a cup of yogurt in it and mix it with the paneer butter masala well, add garam masala to it and mix it too well. Close the lid and keep the gas in slim for 2 min. After 2 min opens the lid and put Kasturi methi(dry fenugreek leaves) or fresh cream. Turn off the gas.

(Note: Don't add water until the onion, tomato puree, and masala are cooked in butter)

                          Palak panner is one of the most popular dishes made using Paneer, Just google paneer dishes and you will at least one come upon Palak Paneer. Made by mixing the puree of fresh palak(spinach) with tomato and adding paneer in top of it, this paneer dish has a rich aroma and a beautiful taste.


Okay, now lets dive into the making of our palak paneer!
          

INGREDIENTS.

1)    Palak leaves (10 leaves)

2)   Paneer (200g)

3)   Hing(1/2 tsp)

4)   Turmeric powder(1/2 tsp)

5)   Tomato(3, medium size)

6)   Coriander powder(2tbsp)

7)   Chilli powder(2tbsp)

8)   Green chili (2 pieces)

9)   Ginger (1tsp)

Salt (required amount)

Cinnamon(1)

Clove(2)

Cardamom(2)

Cumin (1tbsp)

Channa dhal powder (1tbsp)

Sugar (1tbsp)

Garam masala (1 tbsp)

Preparation

               Take 3 medium size Tomato and grind it into a fine paste. Now soak the Palak leaves in hot boiling water for 5 min and drain the water and leave it for some time until it reaches room temperature and grinds it into a fine paste. Now take a pan and fry small size cinnamon, cumin, clove, cardamom in oil and add green chili, ginger, channa dhal powder for 2 min. Now pour the tomato paste into the fried substance we did before and allow it to boil for 3 to 4 min in medium flame. Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Now add the palak paste to the mixture we made now and add salt. After 3 to 4 min add panner to the mixture and keep the gas in low flame for 5 min, add sugar and garam masala and mix it well. Finally, turn off the gas and add coriander leaf to our dish.


 How to make palak paneer taste even better??

                                      Palak paneer tastes better on the default way of making it. But you could make it taste even better by making your own paneer from pure cow milk, also if you have palak growing near your house or your garden then your dish taste's like a delicacy.
