Vegetable tikki- mixed vegetable tiki- CookVegKitchen

Ingredients:
1) Boiled potato (3 to 4)
2) grated carrot (2)
3) Onion (1)
4) Cabbage (small size)
5) Channa dhal powder (1/2 cup)
6) Rice flour (2 tbsp)
7) Garam masala powder (1 tsp)
8) Red chili powder (1 tsp)
9) Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
10) Finely chopped green chili (1)
11) Salt (requried amounts)
12) Oil (2 tbsp)
13) Coriander leaves (1 full hand)


Preparation:
             Smash the potatoes and add all the ingredients except oil to it and mix it well. Now mold the mixture in circular shape (biscuit or tikki). Now take a pan and roast the tikki in oil at medium flame until both sides becomes golden-brown color.

              Now your dish is ready to serve!
