Steamed Mango Cake

children love cake. Who doesn't like it? But cakes take a very long time to make or perhaps you don't have enough ingredients to make cakes. If that's the case or any other you should definitely try our steamed mango cake. It takes a very little time to make and is very healthy  If you don't like mangoes no issues you may use any flavor you like in place of mangoes. Ingredients:
     1) Mango (1 medium size)
       2) Curd (2tsp)
       3) Sugar (1cup)
       4) Maida/wheat flour (1 cup)
       5) Baking powder (1tbsp)
       6) Baking soda (1tsp)
       7) Milk (2tbsp)
     
Preparation:
              Blend the mango into a thick paste in a food processor. Now add all the ingredients to the mango paste and again blend it in high for a few minutes, It should form a thick idli batter (cake consistency).  Now pour the paste into the shape of the mould  you like (You could add nuts or tutti-fruity for garnishing) and steam it for about 5 to 10 min( just check whether the batter is streamed by picking it with a toothpick). Take it out and serve it.

             Now your delicious cake is ready!
